If you are interested in the study and practice of yoga and meditation, you have found the right place. I have created both an online and an in person community to promote inner work through meditation, tarka (reflective journaling), the study of yoga philosophy and service work.

In the area – if you live in the Chicagoland area (or are visiting), more specifically the far Northwest suburbs, join us for meditations, teachings, workshops, and service oriented events.

Online – My internet community is a great place to stay connected whether you live near or far. If you can't make it to the events in person, you can sign up for the blog's daily teachings and journaling prompts. This is a great way to deepen your practice.
